If you’ve landed here, it’s likely because you’ve recently inquired about updating the imagery on your Google Business Profile. Whether your space has changed, you’ve moved locations, or simply want a fresh look for your online presence, you’re in the right place.
You have two options for moving forward:

This option offers the most streamlined and cost-effective approach to updating your Google Business imagery. Selecting another provider may require a separate cleanup process and service fee to remove the original content—adding unnecessary complexity and expense. ★ Option Two –
Request a 360 Image Clean-Out
If you have already updated your current imagery and would like to request the removal of older 360° images, this is the appropriate option to select.

Please note: This option applies only to imagery originally captured and published by our studio.
You can verify this by checking the image attribution details—if the name “Christopher Hooper” is listed as the contributor, then the content was produced by our certified Google Maps & Street View Trusted Photographer and qualifies for removal through our process. Due to a critical update made by Google in September 2015, any 360° imagery published before that date was migrated into the business owner’s Google account. In those cases, removal permissions rest solely with the business or its Google Business Profile administrator. While we can’t guarantee removal of these legacy images, your purchase includes a detailed walkthrough video, consulting support, and our help in identifying and contacting the original photographer if necessary.
